Dear Resident,
Between 20/01/26 16.00hrs to 20/01/26 17.15hrs offender(s) have committed theft of a pedal cycle in IMPERIAL WAY, WATFORD, HERTS. At the time the pedal cycle was locked securely and the offenders have cut through the lock and have taken the pedal cycle in a direction unknow.
